on Ripoff.com for not consulting with both parties in getting full details on what happened. Most
companies, such as Consumer's Report, Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, local
authorities, and etc, would contact the business involved for their side of the story before publishing
information that can be false and misleading to the consumers. Here are the two dated rebuttal
letters that were submitted to Ripoff.com and were never publish on their site.
